• Your booking will be complete when we acknowledge receipt of your booking and deposit. Prior to that the booking is only provisional. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days only.

• The final balance will be required in full, 8 weeks before your holiday together with a Security Deposit of £200 in the form of a separate transaction. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure and only cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage.

• We do advise you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation.
