Car Parking

At the front right of the house outside the front door. The surface is flat concrete. There is one step up to the front door (ramps are available on request for wheelchair access).

Entrance

The front door leads to a small tiled entrance hall, there is a small down stairs cloakroom ahead as you enter the entrance hall, with a down stairs bedroom to the right en-suite bathroom the bedroom floor area is carpet and the bathroom is tiled on the floor and half round the walls. The lounge/open plan living area to the left there is a small step up into this area (ramps are available on request for wheelchair access).

Ground Floor

The flooring is oak which runs the length of the room and into the kitchen area which has a fully fitted modern kitchen with range type electric cooker from the kitchen there is a stable type door leading to a small enclosed area. The living area has a wood burning stove a one end. A study/playroom is accessed from the lounge area to the right, the flooring in this room is carpet. There are double patio door opening out onto a patio area from the left of the lounge area.

First Floor

The stair case is accessed from the open plan living area to the left and the stairs are oak, leading to the landing area this is on two levels the first having a bedroom to the left and one to right the flooring in all bedrooms are carpets, they are twin rooms. The second level has the master bathroom directly in front tiled flooring and half way up the wall. There is a bedroom to the left and one to the right. The one to the right has and en-suite tiled flooring and half way up the walls. (The downstairs bedroom and two upstairs can be either king-size beds or twin depending on requirements.)

Keeping Warm

The cottage has oil central heating and a wood burning stove, with double glazing throughout.

The garden is 50 metres Square approximately and has a small patio area and the remainder is a grassed area, it is an enclosed space with gates on either side.

The village of Hesket Newmarket has a shop and pub which is 31/2 miles by car or the Town of Penrith has a variety of Supermarkets 10 miles by Car.
