Here at Chimney Gill Cottage, on the edge of the beautiful Lake District, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We know what people expect from a holiday cottage, so when we opened Chimney Gill Cottage, we wanted to make sure we provided the best possible service and provide the best facilities we could.
The cottage can sleep up to 12 people and has 5 bedrooms, which can be made into doubles or twins depending on your requirements. We have all the usual facilities you could need for a relaxing, carefree break, including

However, at Chimney Gill Cottage, we wanted to give our guests something extra. if you are celebrating a special occassion, we can arrange welcome gifts upon arrival, including champagne, flowers or locally crafted chocolates.
Fancy a dip? Then we have negotiated use of a local hotel’s gym and spa facilities – you could even fit in a personal training session if you fancy it?
No?…well perhaps private dining is more your cup of tea? We can arrange for a local chef to come and cook for you. Cumbria and the Lake District is full of fantastic local produce, so this is the perfect oppportunity to sample some of it, prepared and cooked for you while you relax, or are off on your adventures during the day.
Fancy a bit of indulgence? Then we are also able to arrange the hire of a hot tub for you and your guests.
